GeForce RTX 3060 Graphics Cards Launching in February 25th

RTX 3060

Since their launch back in October 2020, Nvidia’s GeForce RTX30 Series of graphics cards have vanished off the shelves and are more like a mirage these days. These much sought-after GPUs are a hot commodity, and every gamer is looking to snap them up whenever they become available. Thankfully, Nvidia will be releasing a new RTX30 graphics card this February 25th, the RTX 3060.

RTX 3060

The GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GPU gives players the ability to hit hard on 1080p and 1440p gaming, while giving you a slick of high-quality NVIDIA RTX™ experience, for those ray tracing aficionados among you, plus you get a gaggle of productivity benefits on top of that. Like with the bigger brothers of the RTX30 series cards, the RTX 3060 is powered by NVIDIA Ampere architecture, which gives you improved ray racing and AI performance with enhanced RT cores, Tensor Cores, and new streaming multiprocessors. It also comes with a boastful 12GB of GDDR6 memory, to give you that high-end performance.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Features

With its efficient, high-performance architecture and the second generation of NVIDIA RTX™, the GeForce RTX 3060 brings amazing hardware ray-tracing capabilities and support for NVIDIA DLSS and other technologies.

Like all RTX 30 Series GPUs, the RTX 3060 supports the trifecta of GeForce gaming innovations: NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex and NVIDIA Broadcast, which accelerate performance and enhance image quality. Together with real-time ray tracing, these technologies are the foundation of the GeForce gaming platform, which brings unparalleled performance and features to games and gamers everywhere.

NVIDIA DLSS is ground-breaking AI rendering that boosts frame rates with uncompromised image quality using the dedicated AI processing Tensor Cores on GeForce RTX. This gives you the performance headroom to crank up settings and resolutions for an incredible visual experience. The AI revolution has arrived to gaming.

When released, companies like MSI, EVGA, GIGABYTE, PNY etc… will have their own unique flavours of 3060 on offer, but no doubt you will be spoilt for choice when we finally get a our hands on these latest GPUs from Nvidia.
